Our Philosophy of dental practice is simple: Treat our patients as if they were members of our own family. We emphasize prevention along with the finest restorative care possible. By putting our patients interests ahead of our own we have remained a vibrant Thomasville dental practice for over a quarter century                                                 

                                                                         

 Dr. Nicholas Hurley

 

    Dr. Hurley was born and raised in Michigan and graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelors degree in Biology and Chemistry.  He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in Michigan. He practiced general dentistry in High Point for two years before finding his "dental home" in Thomasville.  Dr. Hurley is proud to continue Dr. Whiddon's great practice, and care for the patients like they were his own family.  He is married to his beautiful wife, Kathy, and they have two "furry children" -  Ella, a boston terrior, and Lenny, a rescue cat. 

    Dr. Hurley loves dentistry and is highly skilled in many aspects of dentistry including restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery (extractions), endodontics (root canals), periodontics (gum treatments), and pediatrics.  His goal is to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed in the dental chair while providing the best possible care available.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Association, and the High Point Dental Society. 

 

 

                                                                   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

     Christy Regan is the Office Manager and has been with our practice over eight years. She brings a total of 18 years experience as a dental office manager to the practice and makes all appointment and financial aarrangements. Christy answers many patient questions, and works diligently to help them maximize their insurance benefits. She and her husband Joe reside in Thomasville with their three cats and "Noel", their Bichon Frise.  Residents at Piedmont Crossing Retirement Community enjoy frequent visits from Christy and Noel.  Christy is a member of the Green Street Baptist Church Choir, loves to travel, enjoys landscape work around the yard and is very involved in pet rescue and foster care. She also loves to entertain and is known among her friends as "Christy Stewart". She stays involved with environmental issues and heads our recycling program at the office.



 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

     Christy Martin, R.D.H. is our Dental Hygienist and has been with us for the last four years. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Guilford Technical Community College. Christy has expertise in all aspects of dental hygiene including patient education, dental radiology, and procedures for the treatment of periodontal (gum) disease. She also comes to us with a background in dental office management. She and her husband Scott reside in Thomasville with their two "four-legged" children "Maddie" a Miniature Schnauzer, and "Trooper" a Great Dane. Christy enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling in her spare time.  

                                                                                                                              

      Lisa is our dental assistant and has been with us for over a year. She is a graduate of Central Davidson High School and attended Guilford Technical Community College where she received her radiology certification. Lisa brings seven years of experience as a dental assistant to our office and is is certified to the DA II level. Lisa resides with her husband Zane in Thomasville along with her wonderful dog Luke (a Saint Bernard).  She enjoys shopping, spending time with her family, and taking Luke for walks.
